Our mentoring services are designed to provide a support environment for your technical
staff providing them with on-the-job training and someone to turn to when they need
technical help.
The specifics of the mentoring program are agreed on a case by case basis ranging
from face to face “pair training” to support via telephone, email or instant messenger.
Mentoring is most effective when the mentor understands the details of the project
being undertaken so we normally recommend an initial period of face to face contact
followed by less frequent remote support.
As mentors we will monitor your staff progress and provide feedback on their skills,
strengths and weaknesses and areas where more intense training would be advisable.
