We build software solutions which solve your business problems.

Having successfully delivered dozens of successful projects for many organizations, large and small, over the past decade we have a significant body of experience in this area. We adhere to industry best practices in the specification, design, development and deployment of the solutions we build.

We strongly believe in a phased approach to software development focusing on delivering the maximum benefit in the shortest possible timescale. Drawing on concepts such as development “sprints” taken from SCRUM and project phases drawn from the Microsoft Solutions Framework we are able to deliver software to you in a controlled and predictable manner.

A typical project will adopt the following phases:

Envisioning

Our software architects will work with you to fully understand the business challenge you are looking to solve. We will work with you to define a solution which optimally meets your requirement while taking every advantage of the software platform underpinning the solution.

Planning

Having clearly understood the business requirements these will be translated into a series of software specifications which can be used by the developers during the development phase. Each element of the solution will be planned meticulously providing a concrete project schedule and project costing.

Development

During the development phase there will be significant opportunity for you to review the work in progress and provide feedback on the software as it is developed. This feedback can then be incorporated into the development process via our change control procedure.

Deployment

The deployment stage consists of user acceptance testing performed against the final solution operating in a separate test environment and then upon acceptance being migrated to the live environment for live operation. Finally user training and support documentation is provided to ensure the successful launch on the new solution.
